Quadrant Town Planning was founded by Louise Morton in 2011. It is an independent firm based in Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, but operates nationally within the UK.

Louise Morton is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Planning & Development. She was previously a Partner at GVA Grimley, working from the company’s West End office and a Consultant at Drivers Jonas Deloitte.  With over 30 years’ experience in the town planning field, Louise has provided extensive planning advice to developers, investors, public sector organisations, landowners and individuals.

Quadrant Town Planning is a limited company and is regulated by the RICS.
